薪金：您將每年獲得１３個月的基本薪金，每月的薪金為稅前１３５００元。

每年５月我們將對您的薪酬水平進行回顧和調整。

６．Ａｎｎｕａｌ　Ｌｅａｖｅ：You　will　be　entitled　to　annual　leave　in　accordance　with　the　pany　policy。

年假：根據公司規定，您將會享有公司的年假。

７．Social　Insurance　and　Housing　Fund：You　will　be　entitled　to　social　insurance　benefits　in　accordance　with　Chinese　Labour　Law。

社會保險和住房公積金：根據中國的相關勞動法規，公司將為您辦理國家規定的社會保險福利。

８．Ｍｅｄｉｃａｌ　Ｓｃｈｅｍｅ：You　will　be　enrolled　in　our　pany　medical　scheme　classified　as　staff。

醫療計劃：根據公司的制度，您將享受公司的醫療報銷福利。

９．Accident　and　Life　Insurance：You　will　be　enrolled　in　an　accident　and　life　insurance　scheme　upon　appointment。

意外和人身保險：根據公司的制度，從入職當天起，您將參與公司的意外與人身保險計劃。

１０．Probationary　Period：The　probationary　period　is　3　months　from　mencement　date。

試用期：從入職日起計算，前３個月是您的試用期。

合同期：合同期為三年，從入職第一天開始計算。

１２．Hours　of　Work：Flexible　working　schedule　according　to　business　requirement。

工作時間：根據公司業務需求實行彈性工作制。

１３．Pre…employment　medical　check…up：Your　employment　is　sub？鄄ject　to　passing　a　pre…　employment　medical　check…up　at　pany　ap？鄄pointed　hospital。　The　expenses　will　be　reimbursed　by　our　pany　after　mencement　date。　If　the　medical　check…up　result　shows　your　health　condition　cannot　meet　the　requirements　of　labor　law　or　our　pany；　the　offer　letter　will　be　cancelled　immediately　without　any　pensation。

入職前醫療檢查：每位準員工在入職前必須透過公司指定的醫院的醫療檢查。體檢合格後回公司報銷所有相關費用。如體檢證明您不符合勞動法或公司所要求的勞動健康標準，此聘任書即時取消，且公司將不作出任何補償。
